Hello people of the twin cities Y todo mi latinos Hola. I just want to say something about ComputerMegaMall. ComputerMegaMall has a diverse of employee’s that works there. The owner of the company has multiple degrees in the computer industry. The employee’s that he is training have no knowledge or any degrees in the industry. The owner teaches his employee’s how to repair those computers. There is one employee that has a hearing loss and he is hard to understand sometimes. decent- the owner is not too easy on the eyes & kinda "slower" so I felt sorry for the poor guy.. He's definitely cheap if your looking for that quality & is a hustler -that's for sure.

I spilled water on my MacBook pro. I took my computer to First Tech and was charged $65 to tell me that it would cost $700 to repair it. I was so disappointed and desperate to find a MacBook pro that was newer than what I had but I didn't want to pay a fortune for one. Someone told me about Computer Mega Mall and I am sooo glad they did. I found just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. They worked with me and took good care of me as a customer. lower your prices, you carry old garbage! just saw an add on craigslist for an old apple computer (at least 3 years) with old components , old ram, old motherboard im sure, old gfx card (from 2006-2007! LOL!)trying to get 1500 for it. that thing isnt worth even 800 if it was brand new! If you know anything about computers you can BUILD one for 600 and have all the newest hardware. I guess go here if you dont know anything about computers and buy an expensive apple computer just because it's apple. Sheep.

Not the most responsive group, but if you know what you want you can get it here for a fantastic price. They follow through on their word and have very flexible customer service. I would highly recommend them if you want to be a used laptop or get your current laptop repaired.

I was having problems with my laptop, all the places I visited quoted very high prices. I found Computer Mega Mall by a referral and was so very pleased. Not only was the price more do-able for me they said I needn't do all that I was told!! What a relief, Now this is my hidden "Gem!" I was Very Impressed and would recommend them to friends and others. Thank you Computer Mega Mall!!

I have utilized computer megamalls services over the last several years. I have purchased a an iMac computer for my business and a Macbook laptop for personal use. I have also sent several friends there to purchase laptops for a great price. They also serviced a computer for me a few weeks ago and i was happy with the price and the outcome. I went in after seeing an ad on Craig's List that looked good. Didn't know what to expect. The manager Dennis was very helpful and straightforward. He answered all my questions and made sure I had all the correct accessories for my purchase. No extra charge. Also reassured me about being able to come back within 30 days if there was any problem since I was buying a pre-owned machine. An extended warranty was offered that I declined. Now that's a Computer Store – Impressed is not enough to say about CMM. Syed, the owner, has gone beyond any limits I would have expected from a computer/store/service. He gave me unbelieveable prices on equipment. He serviced my PC and it runs incredibly faster then I would believe it could. It is four years old and runs like the day I bought, actually faster as Syed recommended I add 2 Gs of ram and Wow. Syed has found a large Computer screen for my daughter's photo editing.
