: ) I have been a customer of Computer Medix for over ten years and they have always provided exceptional service. I am disabled and cannot bring my computer in for repair and they will pick it up and deliver it and hook it back up for me. They go above and beyond to help their customers.
A rare find -- bookmark these guys! My livelihood depends on my computer so I don't have time for do-nothing repair shops that charge an arm and a leg but don't know diddly and tell you things like "Well, why don't you just buy a new computer." I need someone who listens to my input and takes the time to thoroughly troubleshoot to get to the root of the problem. Excellent service Bought a computer from Dr. Dan a year and a half ago at an excellent price. Not only was he and his staff extremely friendly, but they also provide excellent service, upgrades, etc. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone for any service or part.
Horrible customer service When I walked into Computer Medix to have my computer repaired I expected great service and customer support. What I got was a nightmare in the form of Mike and Dr. Dan. I asked for A+ certification and neither had this. After waiting several days, I received a call that my computer was fixed and then everything went downhill from there. Great for saving money We purchased our son's computer here and are very happy with it. They fix up older computers or you can have them custom build a new one for you. Great service and the people there were so helpful. We probably saved $500 by going here instead of a different store.
