Horrible customer service When I walked into Computer Medix to have my computer repaired I expected great service and customer support. What I got was a nightmare in the form of Mike and Dr. Dan. I asked for A+ certification and neither had this. After waiting several days, I received a call that my computer was fixed and then everything went downhill from there. Excellent service Bought a computer from Dr. Dan a year and a half ago at an excellent price. Not only was he and his staff extremely friendly, but they also provide excellent service, upgrades, etc. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone for any service or part.

BAD Business, STAY AWAY. This new guy that bought out Dr. Dan is BAD NEWS!!! No one in there ever. Ruins your computer. Won't honor his warranties. I heard him yell at someone totally rude. Bad business. STAY AWAY!!!

Music producer I would rate this business less then a star. Among all the computer repair places that reside in Northern Arizona,this one remains the worst.
