I hate taking my computers in to be serviced so I was quite upset when my laptop that I use to run our business on malfunctioned while my husband wasn't around to fix it. He told me to take it in to Computer Hardware Inc and I wasn't looking forward to it because generally I feel like an idiot when it comes to technology. My experience with with Apple Store in Omaha. It was excellent. After shopping Lincoln, I am very pleased to buy a new computer from Sheena. No Pressure. She even suggested I upgrade my Memory and Ram to my old macbook pro. Tripp helped me way the pros and cons to a new computer. Also helped me see the value of my old computer. I sold it myself and just purchased a macbook air this week. Looking forward to a long and lasting relationship with this store.
I was in and out. They were very helpful and solved my problem and now I am back in business.
Sheena helped me when I brought my computer in. She ran diagnostics and helped me with my problem all within the hour that I was there! Everyone was so kind and helpful, it was the best experience/care I have ever had while visiting an Apple Specialist!
