Originally I went to another computer repair store that told me my Macbook's motherboard needed to be replaced, which was going to be at least $400. I took it to Computer Hardware and within 24 hours they called and told me that they spoke with Apple and got a code for a free new screen. This fixed the issue that I was having without deleting any data and my computer works great now! Fast and friendly with a small town feel to it. Took care of my iPad and computer quickly and were not outrageously priced like the big box stores.
Every time I deal with this business I am satisfied. Today Tyson went above and beyond to help me with my phone issue knowing that the end result would probably not end in a sale. However, I did end up buying a phone charger and will come back for Apple care on my new phone. Thanks Tyson and computer hardware!
I go to the Kearney store for my apple needs. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that I’m satisfied. Their knowledge in all things apple is above par and greatly appreciated.
Drove all the way across town on my lunch break to the appointment I had scheduled since last week to replace my battery. Got in to find out they didn't have the battery and it would be 3-4 days before it got in. Then I had 48 hours once they called to schedule my appointment to get fixed. No call or email nothing to let me know the battery wasn't in. Not sure if it was them or apple that dropped the ball, but first impressions are everything.
