Fixed! – I have a laptop that had a video problem. I was told by HP that the laptop would have to be returned to HP for repair at my expense 324.00!!! I called TCG and they told me 158.00 and it could be done and back to me in a week! I brought my laptop in...three days later a tech called and said they were doing a video repair...the next day, done! 158.00 as they said and a very professional lady took my payment and informed me of the process that was done. I took my computer to The Computer Guy awhile back and was pleasantly surprised to find a very gentile person at the counter who cared about my problems. First off my computer was infected and secondly it was slow. Since it is my business computer, my life was on hold till this was going to be fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the job done when my computer crashed. They had it back to me the next day. Then when I had problems with a password change on my website one of their techs was able to fix the problem from their office without even taking it in.
They need more RAM. – I called ahead to verify they would be able to fit me in. I had a pleasant conversation with, Jennifer, and although she cannot answer even the most basic question on pricing or available hardware, I found her friendly and figured I would speak with a tech at the store. Nope. Only, Jennifer, and the dogs. What are my choices for RAM? For DVD drives? For sound cards? Who knows? Certainly no one at this store. Jennifer is my wife and although she has taken a huge hit (she was in a brain injury accident in 2002), she is brilliant. She is not a technician, but she is a brilliant accountant, watches the bills and is wonderful with people! She has put many people at ease with her sweet demeanor and is efficient at the counter as well as whatever else. She is a great asset to this company and I am proud of her.
I had my computer completely revamped by "The Computer Guy" about two years ago. It is better than new!! Everyone is friendly and they help you with any questions you may have. I won't go to anyone else with any computer problem! Debra

Good People - Fast Friendly Service – These guys were very helpful! I had some keys broken on my laptop by my dog stepping on it. They checked the laptop and gave it back to me. When the laptop keyboard replacement was in, they called me and it took all of five minutes to replace. Great Service! Friendly People! How much better can it get than that!
I have never been so pleased with service companies as with The Computer Guy. I was happy to see there was a beautiful young lady at the front counter helping people get checked in. She helped me feel at ease. Two days after I checked it in, the computer was on the table and the tech was calling to see if I had any special instructions. When I got the computer home, the icons were back where they were before, the programs were working and the annoying virus that kept telling me to purchase it was gone! Thank you all!
