Excellent response time. Our computer crashed at our Anderson County Pelican Mini Storage Site. Computer Depot had it up in running in 24 hours! All the programs and credit card processing working flawlessly! Thank you Computer Depot
I left a laptop with them once to diagnose a failing LCD display, with the admonition that anything beyond the boot prompt was my problem (since it ran Linux rather than Windows). They called me the next day asking for the root password. When I came to pick the machine up a few days later, the explanation given for the failing display was some obviously wrong (and physically impossible) nonsense about the power supply. I'll never go back after that.
Wow, this company gives fantastic Customer Service. I bought a refurbished computer from them and it works great. I had a problem with the new computer talking with my old printer and called them three weeks later. They were able to fix my issues by remote in just a few min...Thank you very much!
Found these guys totally by google search. I had no idea what I was walking into with my almost new (2 yr old) Dell. I got the worst possible news on my computer and I was sick about it. After looking at the pros and cons of buying a New computer yet AGAIN, I decided to buy a refurbished computer from here at Computer Depot. (with 6 month warranty).
