I've used Computer Depot several times and have always been satisfied with the work they did, and how helpful they were. I felt that there prices are equal to everyone else in the industry. Also there turn-around time is much faster than other places from what I hear from friends, and I have never had to take anything back.
Super nice people but a little ridiculously priced. I had an issue with a power supply that was recently installed on my computer, took it in, and they discovered it was a couple things plugged in the wrong spots. I was charged $97 to plug in a couple wires. I understand a flat rate but a hundred dollars was a little high. I was recommended this place by I friend but I will certainly never recommend Computer Depot.
Have never been treated so kind. I thought this level of customer service was long gone, but Brandon Holmes restored my faith. A nicer, sweeter person I've never met. My 7-year-old computer is running like new, thanks to him but, more importantly, it is Brandon I'll always remember. I'll be recommending Computer Depot to everyone I know. Thank you Brandon, from the bottom of my heart.
Couldn't be happier with the group at CD. Had an issue that was driving me insane for months, which turned out to be a simple fix. I have spent over $100 dollars trying to fix the situation with other shops and CD gave me advice that helped me get it done myself for free. Will be using them in the future for upgrades to my PC. If you need a diagnostic without getting your head ripped off, this is the place to go. Thanks guys!
We use the store in Seymour. They have always provided us with excellent repair service, listened when I try to describe what is wrong, answered any questions I had and their follow up afterwards is fantastic. We have been very pleased with them and will continue to take all our computers, laptops, tablets, etc to them and recommend Computer Depot to any one who is in need of their services.
