Unfortunately, my experience with CD was less than hoped for. They were supposed to remove viruses that were on my computer...in fact, I asked them to entirely 'wipe' it clean...leave nothing! However, something is still wrong because the computer continues to have issues. When I took it in, the technician couldn't even remove the battery without me showing him how. Maybe I should have just taken that as a sign!!
We arrived yesterday at the West Knoxville store lugging a huge tote with our smokey computers. I had already been told else where they were gonners. Within a short time they were hooked up running good as new!!! Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable staff. We will be spreading the word and returning for future services. Thank you for the great work!!
Had someone in Seymour store check my laptop. They could not find anything wrong and their was no charge. Thanks again and computer is doing fine. Would recommend them.
