I really hope you never use these sorry people. we dropped our computer off to see if it could be fixed. We never got a call so when we come back to get it they claim they had called and since we never came to get it they threw our computer away. All my children's pictures and alot of private documents were on our computer. Karma is a major thing and it will come back to you. Better Business Report is next.
RUDE & unprofessional! I never patronized this place in all the decades living in Midtown Mobile. However, I spent 15 minutes in there today after a quick Google search. I will NEVER go back. Had 2 Dell laptops that I thought had been popped by a lightning surge. I was also suspicious of the one power charger cord I had been using to charge both. Maybe the surge got that cord too. RecommendedI have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years now and I can tell you these folks are the real deal. What ever computer or operating system you have , these folks can repair it better than when you purchased it. I challenge all local company’s that have IT , if it’s not the computer crew and your tech isn’t friends with them then you should be shaking in your shoes, the Computer Crew is the cutting edge here bar none. I will not let anybody else but them touch my equipment.

Five Stars for the Computer Crew. Last year, I walked into a big box store with the full intention of buying a new computer, but got such annoying customer service that I walked out without buying anything. The Computer Crew sold me an excellent refurbished laptop for $400 less than what I nearly paid at the other store. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them.
