I brought my broken laptop to him to recover my data. When I called to get it back, he told me he had THROWN IT AWAY! When I asked why he never called, he said he did and left several voicemails, which of course I never received. A few days later he called back to say he had found my paper work and that my # was written down wrong. I'm not sure how he was able to leave me voicemails when he didn't have the right #.
