When stuff breaks, it gets fixed. When entries need to happen, I get notice. The building has also been upgraded to fiber optic internet. Most importantly despite it being a Saturday night, Mike went out of his way to deliver a spare care to my apartment sitter. He is truly a guy you can count on to get things done.
I have lived here for 6 years. The location is perfect. I don't drive, so being able to walk or bike to almost anything, including Kroger, Target, the Glendale Library, and numerous restaurants works great for me. Maintenance is always fast and friendly. Only drawback is that because of the age of the property (I think pre-World War II), the kitchens and bathrooms are tiny.
