The worst apartment complex luxury by far from the truth . Management sucks n a drug infested dwelling . Don’t move here drug overdoses every night. Too expensive n management lies about everything
We had a great Leasing Agent by the name of Stephanie Alvarez. She was very Professional and has a strong work ethic. She made sure we had everything we asked for. Compson Place at Renaissance is located in a great location with great people.
I have lived here since the building opened. I use the gas grills by the pool all the time, the units are big, and everything I need is right outside the door. Its quiet and kept clean. The office has always been responsive to whatever I need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. -Chris Carroll
I've been living at Renaissance Commons for a little while, and my experience has been amazing. The apartment buildings are very well kept and always clean. They provide multiple amenities like a nice lobby with a pool table, a clean fitness center with high quality equipment, and pool area with barbecues. I have enjoyed staying here for the time I have. I've been living here a little less than a year but I will definitely be staying at least another year. Would highly recommend moving here to anyone looking to rent in the area. The location cannot be beat with 95 so close and all types of cuisine just steps from the building. Everything is very well maintained including the beautiful pool and awesome gym. Not to mention that anytime I've had an issue in my apartment I've had an impressively speedy repair. -Karen Kutcher
