I left a phone message saying I was out of town and I needed a refill on my Prozac that I was taking my last does, I never got a call back I called at the end of the day and Keith/ Kevin said I send a message to the portal- how was I supposed to know, it just said Dr Ali called in your prescription already - and I said you didn’t listen to my message.. he kept trying to to talk over me he said the prescription were called in I said your not listening to me he, “told my to calm down” he finally heard me but I don’t know yet i... read more
Great service so far, doctor was professional and comprehensive. Recommended. If anything changes, Ill update my review
Dr. Khan’s strengths do not lie in emotional intelligence or attachment theory, but I trust his technical/medical knowledge suffices. Edit: This place doesn’t do their research or homework or communicate even within their own organization. I had to push hard to get answers for concerns I had already addressed, but were errantly dropped seemingly haphazardly & carelessly. I feel bad for the MA’s. The doctors seem to be checked out. I can only imagine how much money they got for not getting the job done
Great experience with the whole office, from the front office and all the receptionists to Dr. Khan! So happy I found them & i’m looking forward to my next upcoming appointment
