The front desk staff are very kind. There is always a wait to see the doctor you want, but they are very good.
My first visit was with Dr. Ali who I really liked. He listened and answered all my questions and was compassionate. I felt at ease with him. Just wish there was a good way to communicate with him when there was no one in the office.
SCAMMY COMPANY, BEWARE! This company was ordered by the state of CA to pay $2.75M in settlement due to fraudulent claims for psychiatric services. Before I read about this I had my initial 1 hr consult, which lasted only 15 minutes with the doctor reading off a checklist and then sending me off to do an online quiz. I was billed $374 for a full appointment despite only being on the call for 15-20 minutes at most.
