Long wait to get a review of bloodwork. Weeks to get a renewal on my med! also no care notes written at all on annual physical.

i registered as a new patient and waited over an hour to be seen. I just needed an annual physical. The doctor never listened to my heart or lungs, just sat at the computer asking questions. The nurse only took my blood pressure on one arm and said it was a little high. I went for blood work and was told the doctor would go over my results 3 months later. Does that sound right? Do yourself a favor and find another office. Just awful experience.
Terrible experience as a first-time patient. I ended up leaving without even seeing the doctor. 2 stars only because 2 out of 4 of the staff I interacted with were professional. I was excited to have found a Black doctor but back to square one.
