i have bother neighborhood and blue cross blue shield and they wont accept me because i ‘have neighborhood’ EVEN THOUGH ive explained multiple times i also have blue cross blue shield, theyre ridiculous
I have been a patient in Warwick for well over a year for chronic pain in my leg from a car accident. I was referred to this place by my surgeon. For the most part the staff has been friendly and nice. My biggest concern is that in all this time I have never once met the doctor. Twice I have been prescribed medication that I am not allowed to take because of a seizure disorder. They know what meds I take and my medical history but don't seem to care. Absolutely horrible experience. Will file complaint with the Better Business Bureau ( BBB) and the Department of health , Medicare complaint line . And whom ever else w listen to deter any other patients from experiencing this or using this facility..
So unprofessional…..not going to waste time explaining why 👎🏾. Wouldn’t recommend
This place is horrific. I waited 45 min at the appointment for them to then tell me it's a comp issue. Long story short it is a medical issue. Today when i left, the dr said they would call me that day. Never heard from them. In a week and a half span I called a few times. Today they literally told me to stop calling and the girl that answered was extremely rude in the way she said it.
