Uncaring and insensitive to patients needs. They could care less if patients go without pain medication. They often don't fill the medication when it's their fsult. Today their computer system wasn't operational and failed to give him a written script. Didn't care that my husband goes without medication even if he goes into withdrawal. Terrible place. If you want your spine to get worse, keep doing what they tell you to. If you have some type of surgery and tell them at least three times that you took medication for your surgery, they will still ban you for life. They completely take advantage of people's suffering.

i have bother neighborhood and blue cross blue shield and they wont accept me because i ‘have neighborhood’ EVEN THOUGH ive explained multiple times i also have blue cross blue shield, theyre ridiculous
I have been a patient in Warwick for well over a year for chronic pain in my leg from a car accident. I was referred to this place by my surgeon. For the most part the staff has been friendly and nice. My biggest concern is that in all this time I have never once met the doctor. Twice I have been prescribed medication that I am not allowed to take because of a seizure disorder. They know what meds I take and my medical history but don't seem to care.
