Just wanted you to know that the staff you now have in your Franklin office is great. When you walk in you are greeted by Tracey as if your family. She finds something in common with you so she can be more than a person sitting behind a window. Then you go to the back and you’re greeted with a smile from Dr Linda as she treats you as a person and not a number. The two of them makes a great team and I don’t mind coming every month.
Don't waste your time or money, they do not care, they don't return calls. Money grabbers on procedures you've already had through your surgeons, lack of empathy, while your held hostage with pain they hold you hostage with contracts, their way or the highway, very narrrow minded, new staff constantly that should tell you something. They put a time clock on your visits literally, accuse and lie.
The staff and clinicians are excellent and very thorough! Linda Bonifield is compassionate and really listens when I tell her about my pain and other symptoms. Tracey at the front office is genuinely happy and always greets you with a smile. Nurse Jackie is thorough and professional and takes excellent care of me. Highly recommend the Franklin office!
