Today I went to take my mom ofelia to Comprehensive pain & neurology center at the Franklin location. In the 25 years I've been taking both of my parents to medical clinics, Including pain clinics. Today I feel like we've been discriminated & denied service just for the fact of being Hispanic. It was our first time there, I asked the lady at the front desk we needed to check in, I asked her what was needed, she said insurance and identification.
