Amazing staff and service. Always excellent at every visit!
Today I went to take my mom ofelia to Comprehensive pain & neurology center at the Franklin location. In the 25 years I've been taking both of my parents to medical clinics, Including pain clinics. Today I feel like we've been discriminated & denied service just for the fact of being Hispanic. It was our first time there, I asked the lady at the front desk we needed to check in, I asked her what was needed, she said insurance and identification. Good luck if you need to talk to anyone by phone or email. After multiple attempts to call NEVER got a return call. I saw Dr Gol… she recommended a spinal ablation. She explained the procedure in about five minutes. I scheduled the procedure and went for the first of three sessions. I was admitted to the surgery center. I never saw or talked to her once I got there or after the procedure. I was given the discharge papers and it said someone would check on me in the next day.
