I had a great experience with Capital Construction. I had a leak in my ceiling and they took the time to fully understand the scope of work that needed to be done and provided me with a fair price. Once the work began Russ did a great job of keeping me up to date on the process of the work as well what they were seeing when they opened up my ceiling. Wanted new front large double hung windows to replace 8 casement windows. Barry, the sales/field representative who arrived to view the project was Professional, patient with absolutely no pressure approach. We looked at many possibilities. Once the deposit was give, project was set. They were a couple of weeks behind time frame agreed upon however it was during the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I was also incredibly impressed with the sales process, quoting, and upfront diligence with the teams at Capital Construction. However once they received our money it all went downhill fast. No communication on the project, and no one ever showed up unless I called and emailed asking if anyone was going to work on our project. They outsource all their work, and seem to just work with the cheapest workers so that they can make the most profit. It has been over 1 year since the project was finished and greatly increased the value of my home. Since then I noticed a few items that needed to be addressed to hold the integrity of the project. Quality work at a competitive price. Top notch communication from the opening inquiry to the completion of the job. Team dealt with some logistical issues and some brutal weather, but were able to finish the job on time and on budget. Can’t stress enough the importance of communication and Capital Construction gets it!

I did a project over the summer of 2018. The only nick in the armor was the sliding door we ordered ended up being on back order and took a bit longer than we anticipated. To Capital's credit, when I voiced a concern they went beyond the call of duty to get the job done and make us feel at ease. I feel real color of a company and their service is when there is a conflict and in this case they shined. I would recommend them even if unprompted for referral and have already. ******* *

Excellent service, excellent communications. From the first moment I engaged Capital Construction for my project, I was very impressed with the level of communication and respect for my time. The crews showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. Could not recommend more!
