Dr's are great but the staff is horrible on answering the phone i called 3 times they answered put me on hold then hung up on me, i called back 3 more times and they had their answering machine on its seems like they are lazy to answer they cant say they are understaffed because we know thats not true theres times that ive gone in and see some staff just gossoping when they can be answering patients calls. Something really needs to get done about this cause my phone call was urgent and all they did was hang up. Smh

I like the doctors here very much, but when it comes to phone etiquette and reply backs to leaving a message on the answering machine to get a nurse to call you back they get an F- (nobody ever calls back and nobody there could ever answer my question of their protocol of responding back to messages left for the nurses)
