RecommendedAll the staff knows their job so well. Very pleasing characters, fast timely service with kindness and smiles. So far my Doctor is compassionate. She listens well and answers all my health issues with appropriately. Hopefully every patient experience the same pleasant visits. 🙏
been waiting to see the Dr. for 2 hrs now. seems like the back office girls have favorite patients and bring people in that they know/like. the more I inquire on my status the more delayed it gets for me.
Dr’s are awesome and very understanding.

I hate this doctors office . I need to find another . Every time I am here it take at least a hour to been seen . That's with a appointment . Take 3 months if you want to see your doctor and not a PA . If you gonna get good medical care you can not see different people every time . They are far from being nice here . Most of the staff are rude . People waiting hours to be seen . Yes the front waiting area is empty but all 3 of the back ones are full with no seating . Come one people this is just awful . This is one of the best Medical Group in Delano, the Doctors and P.A.'s are awesome. A Majority of the medical assistants are some of the most compassionate women I've met, however a couple of new hires have really placed a damper on what I believe to be one of the best medical service in Kern county. Every time I go I pray I don't have to deal with certain people. I really miss a lot of the girls who just recently left this past year.
I like some of the staff there but am i the only one that see thing's in this office that no one? Everytime i go there is a problem. I don't know if i am coming or going? My d? Haven't seen him? Everytime i want ro see him? He's on vacation or he's bussy! Half of the girl's that work there are rude including the office? Everytime i ask to talk to the manager there never there? Just spent 25 minute waiting for some one named isabel to tell me the stuipest information i already know. I waite more than i get answer's. So pissed... read more
