ZERO STARS!! Do not go there! The office doesn’t take phone calls, they go straight to voicemail at all hours. The doctor only communicates via email or through the patient portal. He prescribed an ointment for my mom after TALKING TO HER ON THE PHONE THROUGH A TELEHEALTH VISIT, without doing any examination/tests, and then said he’d see her in a month. An absolutely horrible medical practice I WISH i CAN GIVE ZERO STARS. My mother was referred to him for a cancerous cyst. Scheduled a hysterectomy. No office visit . We saw him 10 minutes before surgery . Wearing a mask in scrubs completely disheveled. We thought he was a janitor . Hair sticking out of his mask ,scrub top and pants. He didn't even introduce himself until we asked who he was. Looking beyond his rudeness and lack of professionalism . After the surgery he never came down to see us. I recently had ovarian cyst surgery removal. My doctor was Dr. Adelson and I can not say enough about the wonderful care he and his staff provided to me. He set my mind at ease and is a very professional doctor (as is his staff) from start to finish. He thoroughly explains the procedure, what he will be doing and all that will be needed. Comprehensive is not comprehending. Their lack of communicating per se calling to confirm your appointment is beyond absurd. It's on the same level as malicious compliance. There's no voicemail or extension to contact. I would not trust anything if you cannot get through. Best to say go elsewhere and rely on a human that answers your needs!
Dr.Adelson is a very thorough surgeon and I appreciate his expertise ,knowledge and skill. My surgery went well and recovery period was quick for me.
