The receptionist didn’t give me their address when I scheduled my appt, and when you google them, the website lists the address on S Balsam, so that’s where I went (also the address on my referral) only to find that the space was vacant. My experience here has been Amazing! Dr. Chain is INCREDIBLE! HIGHLY, Highly Recommend! He performed my sinus surgery and all my Pre-Op and Post-Op. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable and patient. He is enjoyable and has a great bedside manner. I know I'm not the easiest patient. And he was cool, calm and collected walking me through every step and answering all my questions. The surgery was quick and seamless. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time! So grateful that I found this place!

Dr. Taylor did surgery to remove a lump in my ear. It returned within two weeks. When I tried to reach him to find solutions he never returned my calls. He was very unprofessional
