If I could give 100+ stars I would. Dr. Owsley, I just want to thank you and let you know how grateful I am on the exquisite job you have done. I also want to thank Jenny and the amazing staff for the wonderful treatment and service during my experience there. This is definitely my happy place!
Unfortunately the front office staff is so rude I will never return. I would never recommend to anyone! Everytime I called I was placed on hold for 10-15 minutes Brandi the front office clerk doesn't know how to run her computers. It took her fifteen minutes to check us in, I requested chart information that took three weeks to be faxed to me. We had a specimen sent out and my insurance information was not sent out with it. Wilkey is patient and amazing!! Treated my son, 11 years old, he believes in making him feel special! Treated him for 3 years! His nurse is awesome!
The Dr. And staff are the best they take very good care of myself and my children.
