Under no circumstances will I ever return to Comprehensive Dermatology, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. I was absolutely appalled by the way we were treated by their office staff. My two year old daughter was in an emergent situation where she needed to be seen immediately, as advised by the Emergency Room physician after she was treated for “uncontrolled bleeding”. Don't go here!! If you do something they don't agree with they will drop you as a patient, even if it was something they did wrong & you complained about it!! They apparently do no wrong & rather than fixing their issues they just get rid of those that see issues!! I even tried to call management & explain my issue, but nope, still kicked my son out because they weren't in the room during the visit to know what happened?! seriously?! LAME!! My fiance had some tattoo removal done and we were very appreciative of the staffs kindness and knowledge. We are excited to see the results of his first session after he is all healed and we will definitely be returning!
Dr. Owsley is an excellent board-certified dermatologist. I highly recommend him.
