I had a similar problem with the same nurse. The minute you start calling on her about an issue that she caused, she get very defensive. I had to deal with her over the phone and she was literally yelling at me about refills on my mother’s medication that she was supposed to have called in and never did. Doctors are awesome, but one particular nurse (Valerie) has a very bad attitude toward us every time we deal with her. She makes the tension in her presence very uncomfortable. Never returns phone calls and when she does she makes you feel like you’re a bother. I think she needs to learn how to appreciate the patients. And learn how to talk to them professionally..
This office is no good, try their other locations.
Was told initially they'll call twice before the end of fhe day. Didn't hear back for a week. Was told they'll call another office for me that's closer even though I wanted to go here. Never got a call back. Still trying to make an appointment 🤣
Every time I call they say that I'm in the spreadsheet and I will get a call in 24-48 hours to schedule. I have yet to receive 1 call. My doctor recommended Dr. Terhar and said I needed to see her due to a time crunch but the scheduling department still has not called me! I'm sure it's not her fault but I don't understand why scheduling has to be so difficult and time consuming. It's been 3 weeks! I hope they call soon.
