We have developed a solid evidence based program in Toledo for patients with mental disabilities. We try to meet and exceed patient expectations. We do not receive millions of dollars from mental health board and the State. We provide an unmatched continuum of care in Toledo for the children and adolescents that we treat. I urge patients to carefully read public reviews of all the other agencies before choosing a clinic.

Excellent practice, my daughter is treated with dignity and respect. I appreciate Dr. Mashalkar's knowledge and application of current evidence based practice.
I received the first bill for my daughter and it was $300 due to the yearly deductible. The office called me the next day to get payment. I told the lady I would pay $50 a month and she said that was not good enough, that their policy was to have it paid off in 3 to 4 months. She told me if I did not pay more than $50 a month the office would not see my daughter. I had to cancel her appointments because of this. Obviously this office cares more about the money then the patients.
