I hate going to the dentist. That is why I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful dentist surrounded by a great team. Dr Bell and his group always make me feel comfortable no matter what the issue.

I am very pleased with this dentist office. All who I come in contact with are very cheerful and friendly. Dr. Covert always has the time to listen and check on all of my dental concerns. He always time chat a moment about current events in news and sports. Best of all, whether I am cared for by the dentist, the hygienist, or the assistants they all take their time when providing care. Quality care is what I have always received.

I felt so comfortable from the time I called the office. The staff and Dr. Covert were so nice and considerate. I never felt overwhelmed or uninformed. I have extreme anxiety towards doctor's offices and medical facilities that has prevented me from getting any regular dental work in years. I HAD to go see a dentist recently because I was crippled with tooth pain and I couldn't avoid the dentist any longer. So, I went online and found Dr. Bell and Dr. Covert's office among many others in the surrounding Jacksonville, NC area. Wonderful staff!!!! Everyone is extremely courteous and informative. The hygienist is AMAZING and has done the best job I ever received. Dr. Covert is very kind and takes his time with the work. Never a rush job. He also talks to you while he's working on you, keeping you informed on what he is doing, when and why. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
