Ruth is a great hygienist; her pleasant manner and professionalism always puts us at ease.
My recent appointment with Dr. Bell was for work on two teeth. He is trying to extent the life of my bridge work. I was called into the room immediately after arriving and given gel to help reduce the pain of the shot. The staff were friendly and professional. The proceedure went well. I was given information and supplies to help me deal with my problem and care for my teeth until my next visit.
by far the best dental experiance i have ever received. Tina and Tara at the front desk are very pleasent and really now how important a friendly smile is when walking into a office. The assistant (Christy) and Dr. Covert were wonderful also. Hope nothing ever changes, the practice is perfect the way it is!!!

I've been a patient of Dr.Covert's office since 2007 and I must say that my experience with them each and everytime is great. They are always smiling and treating you with the upmost respect. Beth is my hygienist and is one of the sweetist people I have ever met. She is always asking about the family, it's just great to have people that care not just about your teeth but your well being as well. Just a great team at Dr.'s Bell and Covert!
My visits to Dr. Bell and Covert have always been pleasant. Beth is a great hygenist and always has good conversation (even when I can't talk.)lol. Dr. Covert is always soft spoken and pleasant and I can joke around with him. My dental care has been top notch and they don't push me to have things done that I don't want. I have been going there for many years and Dr. Bell was my dentist until Dr. Covert joined his practice. He was also great. Keep up the good work and I will see you at my next appointment.
All of the staff was extremely friendly and genuine. Great teaching from the hygeniest and the dentist was very kind. Seems very up to speed with technology of equipment and computer system. Truly, the best dental appointment I have ever had!!! Oh, and I love that you send the records home with us...great for military families that are always on the move...saves us some work! I love the fact that there are NO wait times in the office! When you have a 2:20pm appointment, you are SEEN AT 2:20, not an hour later like at most Dr's offices. The staff is always kind and greets you with a smile. Dr. Bell (who is my dentist) never rushes you out of the appointment and always answers ALL of your questions. I cannot rave enough about this place. This group of staff and Dr.'s are world class. Period. They make going to the dentist a NICE experience. A+!
