Jake is very experienced and knowledgeable. It's great to have someone like him help me being that I'm a novice. I had dealt with another large supplier that offered little to no support. Jake offered lots of really practical advice all of which were spot on...too bad I didn't follow through with all of it...but that's on me and now I've learned these guys know their stuff. I will listen and learn from now on...oh and save money.
