One of the better Crossfit gyms I've been to over the years. It's organized, clean and has a friendly environment. I've been to Crossfit gyms where the coaches would not pay attention to what the class was doing, but not this one. The coaches are wonderful to work with and they pay attention to what the class is doing so they can correct any bad form they see.
