I am new to the area and wanted a great place to call home for my hair needs. I asked the few people I knew of any places local to where I live and they referred me to here. I went to SarahSaunders for a cut and some natural golden lowlights to define the cut. Very simple. I ended up spending 6 1/2 hours and $250 and her trying to attempting to fix it 4 times. I ended up with skunky grey looking chopped hair. She was so mean and kept reassuring me that she could fix it another day and that no one would refund me. Lonni is the best stylist at the salon. He is a bit eccentric, but an artist with hair and color.

I took my Daughter in for a trim cut and we always used to use the same person at this place. She no longer worked there. They would not tell us were she went but said they would treat us the same. We were shocked with what they charged us for a simple trim, which was not disclosed at the begining, I was under the impression that it would be the same as before and it was not.
