It's the best kept secret in Indy!!! – I work in dowtown Indianapolis, and I always used to drive by Complexions and think about possibly trying it out. So I finally made an appointment for an organic facial and brow wax. I'm so glad I went! The staff was really attentive and I had a great time. Donna did my facial, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I'll be back to this spa! I'm going to get a massage next!! :)
Horrible service! – I decided to get at the Complexions spa because of the high ratings and nice reviews. I also used a Monday offer for first-time customers - $25 for cut and style. Well if the low price indicates low service, then it's ok. But I didn't know that!!! The girl at the front desk ignored me for 5 minutes the first time I came in to make an appointment. It's a Dream! – Complexions is the type of place that makes you want to hang out and chat it up with the Girls! Love having facials from Donna O'Malley. She's crazy fun to talk with, but is very pampering & indulgent in her work. The whole environment is creative and inspiring, for anyone who is ready to de-stress!
Wonderful Massage – I have never had such a great massage. I think they are the best in the city! We were staying at the Westin Hotel and they were able to accomadate my party of 3 and as an extra the owner dropped us back off at the hotel! Great personal service!
Great service and hair color – I recently came to Complexions for the second time to have another service. The first service I had was a facial. This time I was referred by a friend to try out there hair color. I love my hair. She did such a fantastic job. Her name is Mariann. She is very experienced and really listened to what my needs were. I have never had anyone do such a great job. the salon is very clean and upper scale. I will be returning.

Wonderful Relaxation – Being "Queen for the day" was absolutely wonderful. The vichy shower was amazing!! The staff was very welcoming and fun to be around. They really made me feel like a queen!!
Unfriendly – I would have to say that I felt very uncomfortable there. The staff felt cold and unattending. I would not recommend my friends to go here.
