Update: Someone tried to break into my apartment about a month ago, they have yet to replace the window. Also there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling that I reported to them a month ago. Several people have come out to see it and documented it. Two days ago the ceiling in my bathroom completely collapsed. The Mai office is closed until further notice. Giving this place 1 star is a gift alone. Over priced and understaffed, the pool was never even filled let alone open, our kitchen was on a slant that made the fridge door slam into the wall. this place is a real joke, it also changed ownership 3 times in the 2 years we lived there…trust me keep shopping
THEY FLAG REVIEWS!!! They don’t want the truth out about this overpriced trash of a place. They false advertise on their website. There is no pool and no laundry unit in the basement. No 24/hr maintenance either! My ceiling is falling down from water damage. Oh and NEW MANAGEMENT also does nothing. Don’t be fooled. AGAIN! Main reason for moving here was the beautiful grass and pool and the pool I hear hasn’t been open for years and will not be fixed ! There’s a man who continues to drive on the grass leaves deep mud trails and I’ve complained several times about this . I have no issues with my apartment I did with my dryer but a nice handy man Marvin came and fixed it . The only one to actually fix anything and yes they do charge almost $50 for us to pay our rent .
