Ashley The phlebotomist was great. She was able to get all the blood out at once without having to pinch me multiple times. Andre made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
Dr Steele was great. Took time to explain and very friendly.

Everything was great. Only note was a bit of a long wait for the doctor to come in the room.
They were very kind and gentle with inserting my first implant.
