Quick and effective
The office staff was simply amazing, especially Jasmine W she made paying my balance easy and fun.. She greeted me with a soft and inviting tone, she explained what I was paying for and she made me feel appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my check-out process.
Everything went very well and I was satisfied with my vist.
I have been a patient at all locations. I appreciate the decor at, very elegant. I much appreciated that the pictures now incorporate older children and not just babies since I will more than likely have to adopt or foster. I was a little put off by my exam room because the blinds did not close completely and face the courtyard and sidewalk. There was constant foot traffic and I was having a well woman exam. A little unnerving.
The doctors and staff at the Tanglewood office are phenomenal. Jasmine, Kelley, Karen, and Kourtnee are always so kind and do whatever it takes to make sure I have a great experience.
Very sweet and provided great information. .
I felt very comfortable with the staff.
