RecommendedI started seeing optometrists at CVC in the ‘70s. Over the years, I’ve only seen three doctors, Jones, Williams, and now Wiles. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else
My company does not send insurance cards via postal mail, but we have them online. One of the secretaries called me a liar and stated the only reason I didn’t have a hard copy in hand is because I lost it, which can’t be true if I’ve never had it. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for.
RecommendedI have always had good care from Dr. Wiley and Dr. Brenon and the staff. I am sorry for those who haven't. If there is a problem with the staff, take it up with the office manager. They are servants to the public and represent their doctors. If they aren't doing a good job, they need to be let go and find a place that is in the background. Just saying. Office people need to realize that if there are no customers, there is no job.
