Saw Dr. Wiles this morning. He is great. His office staff was great. I’m a physician myself so I have high expectations and definitely appreciate the weekend hours! Thanks for all you are doing to keep your patients and staff safe! Thank you Dr. Wiles and Complete Vision Care for great eye care!
Great office! Complete vision care follows all CDC recommendations to ensure they keep their staff and patients safe. The doctors here are the best in the area. They have a great selection of glasses, and everyone is super helpful.
After learning that I cannot be seen because I am a nurse who cares for covid patients while wearing full PPE I called to ask for my prescription to be emailed to me so I could order new contacts elsewhere. I was told that in order to get my prescription I have to go stand outside their double doors and someone will slip it out to me.
Business response:
Thank you for being a healthcare worker in this difficult time. To clarify with you, Complete Vision Care does not refuse care to healthcare workers. Instead, we make special accommodations for these workers during this pandemic. We are happy to discuss this with you further and would appreciate the opportunity to accommodative your specific eyecare needs.
Refused me due to being honest saying I come into contact with covid patients at my job being that im a healthcare worker during their questionnaire. Canceled my appointment after I arrived. They said would have to make other accommodations for me either having to quarantine from my job for 2 weeks or until I get my second covid vaccine which I don’t agree with. Tried to explain I wear PPE with all of my patients but didn’t seem to matter.
Business response:
We apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you by rescheduling your routine eye care appointment. We will be happy to help with your specific eye care needs to get you through these next couple weeks and see you after completion of your COVID-19 vaccination program or will even see you individually, after-hours before then. We thank you for being a healthcare worker in these difficult times.
Refused me because I’m in the medical field who sees covid patients. Didn’t tell me until I got there for my appointment and had taken off work. I explained that I wear complete PPE while at work. I still could not be seen. Will definitely be switching.

complete vision made me the wrong glasses. Then they argue with you demanding you make appointment you don't need 3 pair of glasses. Dr Brenon made all wrong. Dr Wilde's leaves you in exam room so he can keep his hair cut appointment. They keep telling you but you paid for these. ok then refund my money. They say No you need appointment so we can make your old glasses. I have 2 pair of my old glasses because complete vision messed that up. They said but you paid for them.
