Complete Roofing replaced our house's roof 12 years ago. Unfortunately, this year, we found a couple issues with the flashing. Chris and his team came by immediately and fixed all the issues... for free! We were so impressed by how they stood by their work. Amazing customer service. We'll definitely use them again in the future!
I wish there were more stars to give. Complete Roofing Solutions installed my roof (combo of flat and shingle) 11 years ago. It remains by far the best experience I've had working with any contractor service. And set the bar for what I should be looking for when hiring for other projects. We had a very positive experience with Complete Roofing Solutions. The owner, Chris Onoffrey, was timely, efficient and most importantly, available throughout the process. As with many older homes in the DC area, it can be hard to solve roofing problems where a number of roofing concerns need to be addressed (additions, flat roofs, very old slate roofs, portico roofing, gutters, etc.). Chris and his team are excellent. They did a great job preparing my roof for solar panel installation and have been providing me with great after-roof care ever since. These guys are honest and knowledgeable. I say hire them!
Chris and his team did an excellent job. Planning of the project was straight forward with excellent responsiveness and advice. The project was done in a single day and the site was left clean. I highly recommend Complete Roofing Systems!
