We've used this company twice when our upstairs neighbor flooded our apartment. Complete Restoration was friendly, clean, and worked well with our insurance company. I do wish they were more communicative, efficient, and thorough. They can be hard to reach/don't return calls quickly. And we were out of our unit for 3 months waiting for them to finish the first time. Since we moved back in we have found multiple spots that they missed (warped/cracked walls in the closets).
