Terrible experience with these guys.Building renovation that ran horribly (something like 125%) over budget because rep couldn't be bothered to read the contractor quote thoroughly before providing council with an accurate project budget. No apologies were offered, just emails demanding owners pay the contractor before December 31. Complete clown show. They manage our condo building. They'd get 5 stars if they'd do it for less money!
The bad reviews about them not responding to emails are true. The owner, Dennie, responds quickly but the other staff don’t. They probably think simple questions are not worth answering, but what they don’t realize is that those questions are very important to those who actually live in the properties they manage. Moved into a strata looked after by this company, strata run by owners, management company only deals with these longtime owners who are unable to manage anything. A joke to deal with, when I called to complain about the way there running it, they hung up on me, wasn’t upset with them, just wanted to discuss how they were allowing people of such, ignorant and silliness are allowed to run the strata, a overall change of strata is needed here, as people are being harassed and don’t want to live here.,….
Extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of a recent issue with my apartment. Instead of providing assistance, they simply suggested contacting another service provider without offering any helpful information. Despite requesting contact details for the service provider, they were unable to provide any support. This lack of basic problem-solving is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
