Broker extremely rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.
This is a very bad company. My property was managed by this company several years ago. When I have an issue need to be resolved, I called them. I emailed them. I never get an answer. Ten days later, I called again. The answer was " I am sorry, I was on vacation". But the issue was not resolved. Like one client said, they do send you the HOA letter fast. My feeling is that they took your property as hostage and collect ransom (management fee) from you. Do not do business with this company!
Coming from a tenant that rented from this horrible company please dont let these people manage your property. The only thing they manage well is a website portal to collect your rent and a copy machine. Your property will not be visited or kept up.
I wouldn't recommend this management company to anyone. They have literally dragged their feet on everything I have requested as far as repairs. The voicemail goes to one person in the office, who does not contact you back. They are very unorganized. Sending a request for repairs means babysitting until it's done. This is terrible. However, they are quick to send you those HOA letters.
Absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with. Property was not clean upon move in. Maintenance issues are not resolved unless legal action is threatened. They never answer the phone, even their emergency maintenance line goes to one of their cell phones and they don't even answer that. I have been on the house for more than 30 days and the key lock box is still on the front door, so anyone that has the code can get a key to the house I am living in.
