I gave them a call about a listing and they were not very friendly. CA has new law effective 7/1/24 about deposits of properties. The listing was $6300 and rent was $4200. They were charging $2100 extra for the deposit. I told them this over the phone and they didn't care they were breaking the law.
They have always been helpful. This company address any issues right away. I have been renting from them since 2009.

I am slowly rehabbing a house and I have had many craftsmen come to my home. Alan is by far the most reliable. When he says he's coming, he's there on time. When you text a question he answers it. When you are in a pickle with a leak in your dining room, he's there. That is hard to find when craftsmen are in demand. I really appreciate how he listens and can help you come up with the best solution for you. I am very happy with the work he does.
