This business is ran by unprofessional individuals. They have cursed at us and slammed doors in our faces when we were trying to solve a minor inconvenience. As well as withholding information about our own payment history. Just today I was on hold after asking what materials I need to bring to our appointment, and after 20 minutes the same property owner who had put me on hold asked me what she was supposed to be looking for, and after being put on hold again she still did not have any form of an answer for me. Complete property care has went out of there way to move me and my family being terrorized by racist neighbors I’ve had the police called on me 42 times by these people it is unheard of to be moved in the middle of a lease just as long as yu pay your rent as yu should it’ll be fine and maintenance is always quick for me I’ve never had an issue all the ladies in the office are sweet and understanding and they will work with yu as they did me when I have covid I highly recommend renting from complete property care. These people are a joke. Had me pay 2 deposits which whatever okay, we moved in may of '18 in the summer, come winter my furnace stopped heating, the pilot light kept going out had to go down stairs every couple hours to light it so that our house wouldn't be 60 degrees when we woke up, i put in a request for maintenance a week later nothing, so I called they advised me that they needed a technician to come look at it okay, well again another week and nothing, submitted another request for maintenance they cancelled it, I ca... read more

I dealt with these losers, thrived, dirt bags for way to long. Here is a response that this loser named Wes sent me when i was asking him to look into rent that i was never paid while they were managing my property. Straight from his text! These people are horrible. They lie on a regular basis to their renters, so who knows what they do to with the people whose homes they are suppose to take care of. I have been in my house for 2 weeks, and have had 4 major issues already. One example: I was told they had a lawn care team they used that I could pay to maintain my yard. That "team" mowed my lawn the day before I moved in. Today I called and was told "all tenants are in charge of maintaining their own property." I don't have lawn equipment! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They waited until someone put a deposit on the house we wanted to process our application. Then they offered another house that was beyond our budget as a replacement... completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I do NOT recomend complete property care. Make sure you keep ALL receipts and any paperwork. Takes forever for them to fix anything and if you're lucky enough to get something fixed they do a horrible job. Absolutely a horrible experience. Truely a terrible company.
