I have had a few issues but they seem to try to resolve them rather quickly! I am having a problem getting my water heater fixed tho. I've had maintenance here 3x for it and it still only gives me 5 min of hot water at a time which is pretty frustrating and then my refrigerator also won't stay very cold if it's hot outside! They have been hate repeatedly for that too and it's still happening with nothing being done!
Poor service
Put in applications, Paid application fee in cash! Went and saw a house for 975 a month, even with a monthly income of 2500 a month still didn't qualify for a house
I rented from these slum lords back in 2019-2020. Gave them a DOUBLE deposit of 1200+ dollars. Never saw a cent of it back and now they want to charge me 1900 dollars in “damages” and repairs. Money-hungry thieves. Do NOT rent from these people. Not to mention the two eviction notices I received when the mandate was in place at the peak of covid.
