Carmen is so rude and has been for years. Seems like other staff members are snarky too. Not somebody I want to talk to when my child needs help.
This is terrible clinic. First they asked you visited to meet PA around 15mins. PA just explained about Pro-vaccine and you still be charged 215$ without do anything. Even you appeal they still keep charging. Usually the medical doctor save life, but Complete Pediatric only wants money.
My sister came home so torn and upset! She has 1 year old twins who went through pretty tough winter and was treated like trash! Since having her twins she visited same pediatrics. We have another niece with autism and would prefer shots be spread out due to fears. My sister was treated like a villain and manager had a disgusting attitude. Please be careful bringing your babies to this center.
Busy mom here who was late on vaccine apt I was never told I was late not once by any staff remind you I been on and out all winter since my kids was sick . When I called to make apt for vaccinations they already sent me a letter of dismissal. I never felt so uncomfortable . I asked why since they couldn’t give my baby the vaccine since she had a virus but they was extremely rude and seemed like they made up their mind !
