They are wonderful with my kids and I love them .
Brenda from the front desk went over and beyond to make sure my two daughter’s transfer from another practice was seamless even though the old practice did everything they could to delay sending over our records. She scheduled us promptly and who she paired us with was the answer to our prayers. Mary Peterson is exactly who my daughters need advocating for them and we are looking forward to a great relationship with Complete Pediatrics. Strongly recommend to all.
I’ve been bringing both of my daughters to this office for years—even before they moved to their current location. Dr. Caserta and Dr. Ramirez are excellent, and we’ve always had great experiences with their care. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the front desk experience. The blonde receptionist often seems bothered when we check in or approach the window. This is always the case. I recently moved to North Haven and wanted to use Complete Pediatrics as my new pediatrician. I spoke to them on the phone Friday Morning and explained that I needed to get my daughter in as soon as possible, that I just moved here and I asked if they could see my daughter that day. She is only 4 months old and has a cough and runny nose. They stated that they couldn't see her without the medical records getting sent over.
