John is amazing. So on point with the repair. Called the next day to make sure everything was still good.
We returned from a cruise on a Saturday morning and discovered that our vehicle coolant had all leaked out. We needed to be on the road the next day, and he was able to meet us at a location of our choice, diagnose the problem (water pump/coolant pump leak), and subsequently procure parts and fix the issue same day.
