Pro: my fence is in and is satisfactory. Con: literally everything else. Ken didn't pull the permit for the job. He didn't call 811 before digging. He was impossible to get in touch with. And when the job wasn't going how we'd agreed upon, and I pointed that out, I was verbally accosted and belittled to me personally and to his work partner. Avoid at all costs.
This is the worst fencing contractor I have had experience dealing with. They made a huge amount of mistakes that never got fixed. Several requests were made for the way I wanted certain things done on my fence that were ignored. If you want a fence installed correctly, do not hire him!
