Broke my water feature tile Broke a landscape light Mowing (100% of the time) missing spots, tall blades etc. Just very 101 BUT customer service is where it really was bad!! Just another business, more interested in their own profit than providing good service. They advertise on their website as customized lawn services and specifically list weekly and biweekly lawn mowing. However, when I tried to sign up for their biweekly services, I was denied it. I was told they would only do it weekly. Well, my lawn simply doesn't need weekly mowing. Also, be aware that once you submit your quite, you will get overloaded with their texts, emails and mail.
