First time coming here and I had a great experience. Todd was super helpful and was great at answering all the questions I had before I even had to ask! They got me squared away quickly, and I was able to get in next day! I look forward to continue working with them.

They are helpful with insurance questions, quick to respond to my messages, and everyone is very nice there. Also, they carry a significant amount of other durable medical equipment and lift chairs. They taken care of my whole family for various issues over the years. Everyone has been super happy with their experiences. I can attest that they have a very nice and friendly staff. They’ve also went out of their way to help explain insurance rules with ordering equipment which can be confusing, especially for older adults so we appreciate that their staff have your back on this.
