Knee scooter is working great for my needs!
Donnie was great and got me set up with a machine and two masks. I have had a few issues & whoever primarily answers the phone has been rude and doesn't seem to care much about your concerns and just tells you to come to the store. Emma however was very polite and kind even though she didn't call back like she said she would.
I have only had positive experiences at Complete Home Respiratory Care. I worked with Emma for my initial consultation and she was very kind. Then, shortly after, when I needed to try a different style mask, I worked with Donnie. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Any staff member I have interacted with here has been just as great. My insurance benefits have been clearly explained to me anytime they were relevant. Excellent place all around!
