Quick, professional service. I called this morning, and they were able to get us on the schedule. Andy came out and diagnosed the problem, got the part he needed, and fixed our AC unit, on a Friday afternoon (and the hottest day of the summer so far). Highly recommended!
Complete Heat and Air installed the HVAC in our new home. Everything was fine until I called about a problem with the air temperature in one room. I scheduled a service call and no one showed up. I called in to see what happened and was passed to someone saying that he was the owner. He said they were having a problem with my builder and he would get back to me. I have called twice now and received no response. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Complete to anyone.
